1. Boil water on a steamer; 2. Combine each 200g pack of White King Puto mix with 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl; 3. Gradually add water and mix until well blended; 4. Add in 5 Tbsp cooking oil and continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth; 5. Pour batter into moulds, about 3/4 full; 6. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Puto is cooked when surface is shiny and bounces back when pressed. Makes 10 medium-sized puto or 2 dozens mini puto per 200g pack
Store in dry and room temperature place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
