PREPARATION

Rinse before use. Boil the herbs (excluding wolfberries and chrysanthemum) in 800ml of water over low heat for 40 mins. Add the wolfberries and chrysanthemum and infuse for another 5 mins before serving. You may also infuse the herbs in 500ml of hot water (100°C) for 10 mins before drinking.
