Our Superior Flower Shiitake Mushrooms enhance the umami of Chinese cuisine dishes such as soups and braised dishes. They provide a soft and juicy bite and complement other ingredients in the dish. In comparison to the Japanese Flower mushrooms, the stemless Chinese flower mushrooms are softer and have a more QQ (chewy) texture after soaking and cooking. They are also well-loved by many customers for their convenience as they come stemless.

PREPARATION
To rehydrate dried flower mushrooms, simply rinse them under cold water. Place the dried mushrooms into a pot or bowl of warm or cold water and cover with a lid. Soak them for about 2-3 hours or till softened before cooking. You may adjust the soaking time based on your preference.
