Preparation
- Cooking instructions:
- 1. Add 1 bottle of Woh Hup Laksa Paste to 3 bottles of boiling water or stock
- 2. Stir for 5 minutes over medium heat
- 3. Add 1 bottle of coconut milk and simmer till done
- 4. Pour soup over thick, cooked vermicelli
- 5. Garnish with prawns, fried bean curd, hard-boiled egg, bean sprouts and laksa leaves (optional)
- 6. Ready to serve
