How can I participate?

• Is this campaign open to members of the public?
  Only Plus!, Union members and Plus! Visa and NTUC Visa card holders are eligible. If you’re not yet a member, you may sign up at https://bit.ly/fphrp
• Will it cost me to be a Plus! member to participate in this draw?
  It will not cost you a single cent to be a member, sign-ups are free! A free Plus! card will be mailed to the customer within 2 weeks upon successful sign up.
• I did not bring along my Plus! card, can I still earn chances?
  Unfortunately, no. Transactions made without Plus! membership card will not accumulate any chances in the lucky draw.
• I require additional help to sign up for a Plus! card.

How does the Million LinkPoints Draw work?

• How many winners are there each week?
  Each week, there will be
  – 1 winner of 1 Million LinkPoints (Worth $6,666) and
  – 16 winners of 45k LinkPoints (Worth $300)
• How do I earn chances in this campaign?
  For every $40 spent, you will get 1 chance. For every 5 transactions made, you will receive an additional 5 bonus chances (for in-store purchases).
• Where can I check my accumulated chances?
  Please visit: https://promo.plus.com.sg/millionaire to check on your accumulated chances.
• Will my chances be carried over to the following week?
  Yes, chances are accumulative and will be carried over to the following week’s draw.
• Is there a cap limit on the number of chances I can earn?
  No, you can earn as many chances throughout the campaign period.
• Can I earn chances if I check out with Scan & Go at participating stores?
  Yes, chances made via Scan & Go will be counted as in-store purchase.
• Can I earn chances if I shop at FairPrice Online?
  Yes, 1 chance will be awarded every $40 spent. However, chances earned on FairPrice Online will not be part of the accumulated chances for purchases made in store.
• Am I eligible to win multiple times?
  Yes, you can win multiple times.
• Is there a cap bonus chances awarded?
  Yes, 5 bonus chances will only be rewarded every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 transaction made in stores (with a min of $40 spend).
• Can I transfer my chances to my friend?
  No transfers will be allowed.

What are the Prizes/Rewards?

• When will the winners be announced?
  Winners will be announced every week during the campaign period.

• How does LinkPoints help customers to save on their grocery expenditure?
  Plus! Members can redeem 150 LinkPoints to offset $1 against their purchases. This helps them to stretch their dollar as the rewards earned can be used as another mode of payment.
• How do I know if I have won?
  Winners will be contacted by the Organiser via phone call by Wednesday on the following week of the weekly lucky draw for verification.
  The Organiser has the right to draw reserve winner(s) the following day after winner is uncontactable on the day of the service call is made.
• How do I redeem my prize(s)?
  LinkPoints will automatically be credited to members’ Plus! Card on a Thursday on the following week of the weekly lucky draw.
