Abalone & Mushrooms with Fu Gui Cai

Ingredients

150g Shitake Mushrooms
1 can Braised Abalone
250g Fu Gui Cai 富贵菜
3 slices Ginger

Method
  1. Blanch the fu gui cai in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain the water and transfer the blanched vegetables onto a serving plate.
  2. Stir fry the shiitake mushrooms with ginger. Add 1/2 cup of braised sauce from the canned abalone and 1 cup of water. Braise the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, till they are soft and flavourful.
  3. Add the abalone and cook for another minute. Serve on blanched vegetables.
