Air-fried Char Siew

Ingredients

1kg Pork Collar (五花肉) [makes enough for 2 meals]
1 packet Cravins Char Siew Sauce (150g)
5 – 10 cloves Garlic (optional)

Method
  1. Wash the meat and cut it into long pieces.
  2. Marinate the meat with the char siew sauce for a minimum of 4 hours. (Optional: Add in the lightly bruised garlic.)
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200℃.
  4. Place 500g of marinated meat in the air fryer and cook it for 10 minutes. Flip it and cook for another 8–10 minutes.
  5. Slice the cooked char siew and serve with some cucumbers.
