Ingredients
1kg Pork Collar (五花肉) [makes enough for 2 meals]
1 packet Cravins Char Siew Sauce (150g)
5 – 10 cloves Garlic (optional)
Method
- Wash the meat and cut it into long pieces.
- Marinate the meat with the char siew sauce for a minimum of 4 hours. (Optional: Add in the lightly bruised garlic.)
- Preheat air fryer to 200℃.
- Place 500g of marinated meat in the air fryer and cook it for 10 minutes. Flip it and cook for another 8–10 minutes.
- Slice the cooked char siew and serve with some cucumbers.
