Air-fried Fish Fillet

Ingredients

400g Sea Bass Fillet (remove skin & cut into portions)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 stalk Parsley (chopped)
Salt & Pepper
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Tartar Sauce (for dipping)
Lemon Wedges (for serving)

Method
  1. Pat the fish dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and coat both sides.
  3. Add the garlic powder, paprika and chopped parsley to the breadcrumbs.
  4. Press the fish fillet into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
