Ingredients
400g Sea Bass Fillet (remove skin & cut into portions)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 stalk Parsley (chopped)
Salt & Pepper
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Tartar Sauce (for dipping)
Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Method
- Pat the fish dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and coat both sides.
- Add the garlic powder, paprika and chopped parsley to the breadcrumbs.
- Press the fish fillet into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
- Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
