Ingredients
1 Selar
1 tbsp White Miso
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Sugar (You can use brown sugar)
¼ tsp Salt
Salt and Pepper to season fish
Method
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sugar, miso paste, salt and mirin together.
- Marinate the fish in the miso mixture evenly for 20 mins. Cover and keep in the fridge.
- Place the fish in the air fryer and cook at 190℃ for 10–15 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
