Air-fried Miso Selar

Ingredients

1 Selar
1 tbsp White Miso
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Sugar (You can use brown sugar)
¼ tsp Salt
Salt and Pepper to season fish

Method
  1. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the sugar, miso paste, salt and mirin together.
  3. Marinate the fish in the miso mixture evenly for 20 mins. Cover and keep in the fridge.
  4. Place the fish in the air fryer and cook at 190℃ for 10–15 mins.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
