Air-fried Honey Garlic Teriyaki Snapper

Ingredients

2 pc White Snapper Fillets
1 clove of Garlic (finely minced)
50ml Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Lime Juice (can use lemon juice too, adjust to taste)

Method
  1. Rinse snapper fillets, place on a plate and pour about 3 tbsp Japanese cooking sake. Leave aside for 10 mins.
  2. Pour away the liquid. Season fillets with salt, sugar and cornflour.
  3. Spray oil on the snapper fillets & air-fry at 200ºC for 12 mins (adjust according to thickness of fillets/air fryer temperature).
  4. In a pan, fry minced garlic until lightly browned. Add in teriyaki sauce and honey, mix well and add lime juice. Let mixture lightly boil, add in air-fried snapper. Coat well, dish up when sauce is slightly reduced.
