Ingredients
2 fillets (400g – 500g) White Snapper Fillet
1 pack FairPrice Assam Sauce
1 pack Lady’s Fingers (sliced)
2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
1 cup Water
Method
- Clean the white snapper fillets.
- Rub and marinate the fish with salt and pepper, then dust a little corn flour on the fillets.
- Heat oil in a pan and pan-sear the white snapper fillets. Set the fish aside.
- Heat up the assam sauce. Add lady’s fingers and tomatoes. Boil till cooked.
- Add white snapper fillets to the assam sauce and boil for a while.
- Enjoy while it’s hot.
