Ingredients
500g Pork Ribs
1 packet Herbal Bak Kut Teh Spices
1 can Button Mushrooms
5 – 10 pcs Baby Corn
100g Enoki Mushrooms
5 – 8 pcs Garlic Cloves
1 packet Beancurd Skin
Method
- Boil the pork ribs for 10 minutes.
- Pour the water away and wash the blanched pork ribs.
- Pour in 1.5L water in a pot, add the blanched pork ribs and the herbal bak kut teh spices.
- Add the garlic, button mushrooms, baby corn and enoki mushrooms.
- Boil for at least 30 minutes (or longer).
- Add the beancurd skin last, before serving.
