Herbal Bak Kut Teh

Ingredients

500g Pork Ribs
1 packet Herbal Bak Kut Teh Spices
1 can Button Mushrooms
5 – 10 pcs Baby Corn
100g Enoki Mushrooms
5 – 8 pcs Garlic Cloves
1 packet Beancurd Skin

Method
  1. Boil the pork ribs for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the water away and wash the blanched pork ribs.
  3. Pour in 1.5L water in a pot, add the blanched pork ribs and the herbal bak kut teh spices.
  4. Add the garlic, button mushrooms, baby corn and enoki mushrooms.
  5. Boil for at least 30 minutes (or longer).
  6. Add the beancurd skin last, before serving.
