Banana Cereal Crunch

Ingredients

2 bananas
½ cup FairPrice Cereals – Cornflakes
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Dried fruits, optional

Method
  1. Peel and halve bananas.
  2. Skewer banana halves.
  3. Dip bananas in the plain yoghurt. 
  4. Pour the cornflakes in a bowl. 
  5. Crush cornflakes. 
  6. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on the bananas and freeze for 2 hours. 
  7. Sieve cocoa powder on top of the bananas and garnish with dried fruits, if desired. 
  8. Allow them to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving!
