Beef Kofta

Ingredients

200g of Delicato Minced Beef
1 Packet of Eloasis King Oyster Mushroom
1 Green Bell Pepper
1-2 Red Onions
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
A Handful of Pistachio Nuts
3-4 Stalk of Chinese Parsley
3-4 Dashes of Garlic Powder
1-2 Dashes of Paprika Powder
1-2 Dashes of Italian Herbs
2-3 Dashes of Black Pepper
1-2 Dashes of Nutmeg Powder
2-3 Dashes of Salt
2-3 tbsp of Corn Slurry

Method

1. Prepare the Blended Paste 

  • Blend the onions, garlic, pistachio nuts, and Chinese parsley together.
  • Once blended, set aside.

2. Prepare the Minced Beef 

  • Dice the green peppers and mushrooms, then place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the minced beef and the blended paste.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, black pepper, nutmeg powder, salt, and corn slurry.
  • Mix thoroughly until well combined.

3. Roll into bite-sized portion 

  • Lightly coat your hands with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Take a bite-sized portion of the mixture and shape it with your hands, forming small, patty-like pieces.

4. Pan Fry the Kofta

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until they turn golden brown on both sides.

5. Plate and Enjoy! 

  • Serve with a dip of your choice (optional).
