Ingredients
400g Black Pomfret
3 Garlic
Julienne Ginger
Spring Onions
SAUCE
3 tbsp Kecap Manis
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
½ tsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Water
Method
- Rinse, clean & pat dry the fish
- Rub the fish with a little flour
- Heat a wok with oil, then pan fry the fish on each side for about 4 mins (Note: Do not flip the fish multiple times, just cook it once on each side)
- Once the fish is cooked, set it aside on a dish
- Using a small pan, stir fry garlic and ginger till light brown then add in the mixed sauce and let it simmer for a minute. Once it is bubbling, add spring onions, then transfer the sauce onto the cooked fish. Ready to serve.
