Rice-Cooker Braised Chicken

1kg Chicken
1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Five Spice Powder

1 pc Ziplock Bag

  1. Place chicken in the ziplock bag
  2. Add five spice powder, salt, sugar, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce into the bag.
  3. Marinate the chicken and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Place chicken in the rice cooker. Set to rice cooker mode and cook for an hour.
  5. Once done, remove from rice cooker and get ready to serve a tender and juicy whole braised chicken!
