150g E-fu Noodles (2 small cakes)
250g Prawns Meat (deveined and dried)
120g Bean Sprouts
2 pcs Spring Onion sectioned
2 tsp Garlic Minced
50g Crab Meat
4 1/2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
Chili Bean Sauce (to taste)
- Blanch prawns and bean sprouts in boiling water. Drain.
- Blanch E-fu noodles in boiling water until just tender. Drain.
- Sauté minced garlic and green onions in 2-3 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add prawns, crab meat, bean sprouts, E-fu noodles. Stir-fry until done.
- Add sauce mix. Cook until sauce thickens
