Ingredients
1 Stalk of Broccoli
5-6 Small Potatoes
300g of Pasar Minced Chicken
12-14 Pieces of Plain Crackers
5-7 Ice Cubes
1-2 tbsp of Olive Oil
2-3 tbsp of Cooking Oil
3-4 Dashes of Salt
2-3 Dashes of Pepper
2-3 Dashes of Garlic Powder
Method
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller chunks.
Rinse the broccoli and cut it into small florets.
Blanch the potatoes and broccoli in lightly salted boiling water until softened.
Drain, then transfer them to an ice bath and let soak for about 10 minutes.
Once cooled, drain well and set aside.
2. Making the Patties
Blend the potatoes and broccoli until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the minced chicken.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
Blend 12–14 plain crackers until fine. Add half of the crumbs to the mixture, and pour the remaining crumbs onto a dry plate for coating.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties and coat each one with the remaining cracker crumbs.
3. Fry the Patties
Heat a pan with 2–3 tbsp of oil.
Add the patties one by one, flipping them once each side turns golden brown.
Cook for approximately 3–4 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
4. Plate and serve. Enjoy!
