1 packet Seaco Snow Crab Claws
4 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Pepper (to taste)
Lemon Wedges (for garnishing)
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Thaw Seaco Snow Crab Claws completely.
- Make the butter sauce: In a small pan, sauté the minced garlic in melted butter for 2 minutes, then add lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
- Arrange the crab claws on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle the butter sauce over the crab claws, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until heated through and golden. Broil for an additional 2 minutes if desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
