Ingredients
500g Pork Collar (cut into 6 pieces)
3 cloves Garlic (grated)
2 tbsp Char Siew Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
TO ASSEMBLE
6 Lotus Leaf Buns (steamed)
6 coral Lettuce
Sprigs Of Coriander
Method
- Marinate pork collar with the seasoning for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
- In a shallow pan, fry the seasoned pork collar with a little oil until browned and cooked.
- Place coral lettuce, 1 piece of char siew pork and a sprig of coriander in between the lotus leaf buns. You may serve with some pickled radish and carrots too.
