Ingredients
1500g Pig’s Trotter
100ml Chinese Braised Sauce
2L Water
2 pcs Cinnamon Sticks
2 pcs Star Anise
2 pcs Dried Chilli
5 pcs Garlic
1 stalk Green Onion (for garnishing)
Method
- Ask the butcher to cut the pig’s trotter into small pieces.
- Blanch the trotter.
- Place all the ingredient into a slow cooker. Cook for 90 mins (or more).
- Add the green onions when ready to serve.
