Method
- Marinate cod for at least an hour. Heat a little oil in a skillet. When the oil is hot, lower the flame. Hold up the marinated cod steaks and let them drip dry a little
before you place them on the pan. - Cook cod over a small flame – about a minute on each side. Place cod on a serving plate.
- Bring the marinade to a quick boil in a separate saucepan. Serve the marinade in a saucer.
