Ingredients
45ml Rum
25ml Lime Juice
10ml Sucre de Cannes (Monin)
5g Cane sugar
8 Mint leaves
4 Lime wedges
80ml Corona
Method
- Pour the Rum, Lime Juice, Sucre de Cannes into glass filled with crushed Ice.
- Add mint and lime and top up with Corona and stir.
- Top up with crushed Ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
