Ingredients

45ml Rum
25ml Lime Juice
10ml Sucre de Cannes (Monin)
5g Cane sugar
8 Mint leaves
4 Lime wedges
80ml Corona

Method
  1. Pour the Rum, Lime Juice, Sucre de Cannes into glass filled with crushed Ice.
  2. Add mint and lime and top up with Corona and stir.
  3. Top up with crushed Ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
