Crispy Fish Asparagus

500g Fish paste
FairPrice Instant Noodle (boiled)
2-3 tbsp Fish Sauce
100g Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 packet Pasar Organic asparagus
Kellogs Corn Flakes (crushed)
3 Pasar Singapore farm fresh
Eggs (beaten)
Thai chilli sauce (for dipping)

  1. Marinate fish paste with fish sauce and coriander leaves.
  2. Coat the top part of the asparagus with the marinated fish paste and twirl boiled instant noodles around it.
  3. Dip into egg and cover with crushed corn flakes.
  4. Heat up oil and fry fish asparagus until brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil, serve with chili sauce.
