Ingredients

4 pcs Tenggiri Fish Steak
1 packet FairPrice Fish Curry Paste
200ml Coconut Milk
400ml Water
4 pcs Medium-sized Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
6 Lady’s Fingers (sliced diagonally)
2 stalk Lemongrass (chopped into half and bruised)
10 – 15 Curry Leaves

 

Method
  1. Rub the fish steaks lightly with salt and rinse off after a minute. Place fish on a steaming plate. Bring water to a boil and steam the fish for about 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove the fish and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Sauté FairPrice Fish Curry Paste over low heat till fragrant. Add in tomatoes, lady’s fingers, curry leaves and bruised lemongrass and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Add coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a boil. Add in the Tenggiri steaks. Lower the heat and let everything simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, dish out and serve hot!
