Ingredients

1kg Delicato Ribeye Chilled Roast Beef
¼ cup Water
1 twig Rosemary (optional)
30g Butter (for the sauce)

Method
  1. Transfer roast beef from chiller bag to baking pan. Pour the beef gravy from the packet into the baking pan and add
  2. ¼ cup of water to it (Optional: add a twig of rosemary for extra flavour).
  3. Cover with foil and reheat in the oven at 160C for about 20 to 30 mins (roast some potatoes at 200C for about 20 mins beforehand. Reduce temperature to 160C before adding the beef).
  4. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside (cover with foil). Pour the sauce from the baking pan to a pot and whisk in 30g of butter.
  5. Garnish and serve the beef with salad and roasted potatoes.

Note:
To serve cold, remove beef from the packet and place on thick kitchen towel to absorb the excess liquid. Slice the beef thinly and serve with salad or sandwiches.
