Chicken Breast 200g or more | 1 piece |
Pasta | 2 cups |
Apple | 1 |
Baked Mixed Nuts about 1 handful | |
Olive Oil | 1⁄3 cup |
Apple Cider Vinegar | 1⁄4 cup |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Dijon Mustard | 1⁄2 tsp |
Garlic minced | 1 clove |
Salt & Black Pepper |
How to cook
Prepare
- Cut an apple into small cubes.
- Empty the packet of Sustenir Mighty Mix Salad into a big bowl.
- For the Apple Cider Vinegarette dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients together and mix well.
Start cooking
- Cook the chicken breast and shred it after cooled.
- Cook pasta as per instructions and set aside.
- Mix 2 tablespoon of Kale Pesto with cooked pasta.
Assemble & serve
- Place the shredded chicken on the salad and drizzle the apple cider vinegarette.
- Top salad with diced apple, kale pesto pasta and mixed nuts.
- Mix well and serve.
