Parmesan cheese

How to cook

Step 1

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees

Step 2

  • Combine squashed butternut, onions, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl

Step 3

  • Toss to coat and spread out evenly in a pan

Step 4

  • Roast for 30-35 minutes until it is lightly browned

Step 5

  • Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water, drain and rinse with hot water. Set aside

Step 6

  • Cook butter and sage leaves over medium-low heat until the butter begins to brown

Step 7

  • Add in garlic and cook for another minute

Step 8

  • Remove from heat and remove sage leaves and crumble it with a spoon

Step 9

  • Add in cooked pasta, crumbled sage, roasted butternut into the butter mixture

Step 10

  • Add in parmesan cheese and your dish is ready to serve!
