Ingredients
2 Bananas
½ cup FairPrice Cereals – Cornflakes
1 cup Yoghurt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Dried fruits, optional
Method
- Peel and halve bananas.
- Skewer banana halves.
- Dip bananas in the plain yoghurt.
- Pour the cornflakes in a bowl.
- Crush cornflakes.
- Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on the bananas and freeze for 2 hours.
- Sieve cocoa powder on top of the bananas and garnish with dried fruits, if desired.
- Allow them to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving!
