Cake Flour | 170 g |
Cocoa Powder | 30 g |
Baking Powder | 4 g |
Baking Soda | 4 g |

How to cook
Prepare the dough mixture
- Melt chocolate and butter by double boiling. Mix until combined.
- Whisk sugar, salt and egg white together and slowly add in the cooled down chocolate mixture.
- Sieve in the dry ingredients within mixture.
- Put the dough into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the oven
- Preheat oven.
- Use a ice cream scoop and scoop the dough onto a lined baking tray.
Start to bake
- Bake cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
