FairPrice Roasted Cashew Nuts | 125 g |
FairPrice Baked Almonds | 125 g |
FairPrice Plain Flour | 125 g |
FairPrice Icing Sugar | 85 g |
FairPrice Premium Cooking Oil | 65 g |
Salt | 1â4 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- Put the cashew nuts in a food processor and pulse till finely chopped.
Step 2
- Preheat the oven to 170ÂșC. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 3
- In a large mixing bowl, combine icing sugar, flour, and salt. Whisk to mix everything.
Step 4
- Add the chopped cashew nuts.
- Gradually add the cooking oil until a nice smooth non-sticky dough is formed.
Step 5
- Roll 12 grams of dough into a round ball.
Step 6
- Gently press one halve of cashew and an almond nut to the top of the dough. Repeat with the remaining dough and nuts. Place them on the baking tray.
Step 7
- Brush the top with some egg wash and bake in the oven for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Let them cool down completely before you enjoy the delicious nutty cookies!
