XO Sauce

Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce

How to cook
Step 1
  • Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until just set. Set aside.
Step 2
  • Sauté chicken in 1 tbsp oil until done.
Step 3
  • Add rice, seasoning mix and eggs.
Step 4
  • Stir-fry until heated through.
Step 5
  • Sprinkle with green onion and crab roe.
