Cooked Rice (about 2 cups)
Chicken Meat (shredded)
Eggs (lightly beaten)
Spring Onion (diced)
Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
How to cook
- Stir-fry eggs in 2 tbsp oil until just set. Set aside.
- Sauté chicken in 1 tbsp oil until done.
- Add rice, seasoning mix and eggs.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
- Sprinkle with green onion and crab roe.
