Cake Flour
500 g
White Sugar
150 g
Egg Yolk
egg wash
2 pieces
Butter
soften at room temp
100 g
Vegetable Oil
200 ml
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Baking Soda
dissolve with 1 teaspoon water
1 tsp
Sesame Seeds
white and black sesame seed for topping
1 tbsp
Egg Yolk
2 pieces

How to cook

Prepare

  • Mix flour,baking powder,sugar
  • Add egg yolk,oil,butter,baking soda and mix with spatula or hand until incorporated and form a dough
  • Shape into small ball and line into baking tray (3cm apart)
  • Press the cookies down to flatten it with your finger
  • Brush with egg yolk, spinkle white&black sesame seed

Start baking

  • Bake at preheated oven 150 degree celsius until golden brown. Pay attention to the color
