How to cook

Ingredient Prep

  • In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage, julienned onion, sliced celery, and 1/4 cup each of sliced scallion and chopped cilantro.
  • Reserve the remaining 1/4 cup each of sliced scallions & chopped cilantro for garnish.

Dressing Creation

  • Combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice and honey. Mix well.
  • Pour dressing over salad mixture.
  • Season with salt and a pinch pepper.
  • Toss to coat.

Taste

  • Top salad with reserved sliced scallions and chopped cilantro.
  • Season with a pinch of pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Enjoy!
