Pork Belly Strips | 300 g |
Red Onions | 20 g |
Soy Sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
Rice Wine | 1⁄4 cup |
Coca Cola | 1 can |
How to cook
Prepare the pork belly
- Slice up pork belly into your preferred bite size and red onions.
Start cooking
- Heat pan on high heat and add the pork belly strips.
- Stir fry pork belly strips, turning down the heat to medium and cooking the pork until just crispy and browned.
- Add in diced red onions to the leftover oil from frying the pork belly. Stir fry until scorched and crispy.
- Add in soy sauce, rice wine and Coca Cola drink. Gently stir until fragrant.
Assemble and serve
- Serve your coco cola braised pork with steamed rice!
