Ingredients
500g Fish paste
FairPrice Instant Noodle (boiled)
2-3 tbsp Fish Sauce
100g Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 packet Pasar Organic asparagus
Kellogs Corn Flakes (crushed)
3 Pasar Singapore farm fresh
Eggs (beaten)
Thai chilli sauce (for dipping)
Method
- Marinate fish paste with fish sauce and coriander leaves.
- Coat the top part of the asparagus with the marinated fish paste and twirl boiled instant noodles around it.
- Dip into egg and cover with crushed corn flakes.
- Heat up oil and fry fish asparagus until brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil, serve with chili sauce.
