curry paste (chicken or any type works well)

FairPrice Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice

How to cook
Step 1
  • Cook the rice for 20 mins according to your rice cooker’s measurements and fluff it up once it is done.
Step 2
  • Add oil to the pan and turn it up on medium to high heat. Stir fry the mixed vegetables, red onions and prawns well.
Step 3
  • Pour the beaten egg in the middle of the pan.
Step 4
  • Make sure that the egg is well-cooked before gently mixing in the curry paste.
Step 5
  • Allow the flavours to infuse by leaving the rice over heat for 2 – 3 mins.
Step 6
  • Turn off the heat, garnish with parsley and it’s ready to eat!
