Black Eye Beans pre-soaked for 45 minutes | 30 g |
Pitted Red Dates | 30 g |
Dried Orange Peel | 1 |
Oyster Sauce With Dried Scallop | 2 tbsp |
Water | 1 l |
Salt | 2 tsp |
How to cook
Prepare the chicken
- Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch it in hot water.
- Rinse and set aside.
Start cooking
- In a double boiler bowl, add water, dried orange peel, salt, oyster sauce and mix evenly.
- Add the chicken, winter melon, black eye beans and dates, then steam for 1 hour.
- Ready to serve.
