How to cook

Prepare the chicken

  • Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch it in hot water.
  • Rinse and set aside.

Start cooking

  • In a double boiler bowl, add water, dried orange peel, salt, oyster sauce and mix evenly.
  • Add the chicken, winter melon, black eye beans and dates, then steam for 1 hour.
  • Ready to serve.
