Eggo Waffles in Buttermilk | 12 pieces |

Maple Syrup | 3⁄4 cup |

Tartar Sauce | 3⁄4 cup |
Nacho Cheese Sauce | 3⁄4 cup |
How to cook
Prepare the beef patties
- Combine salt, ground black pepper and the egg yolk with the minced beef in a bowl.
- Use your hands to to mix the ingredients with the minced beef until thoroughly combined. Form into patties of even size and thickness.
- Turn up the grill to medium/high heat. Brush olive oil and carefully place each patty on the grill. Nicely seared patties will brown halfway up the sides. Flip and cook the other side of the patty to your liking.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheese in the final seconds of grilling. Set aside.
Prepare the fillings
- Brush an egg pan with olive oil. Gently crack eggs into the pan and cook over low to medium heat sunny side-up.
- Ensure that the eggos are medium toasted. Brush one side of both toasted eggos with maple syrup.
Assemble to serve
- Squeeze the tartar sauce on the side of the eggo brushed with maple syrup. Follow with the grilled patty with melted sliced cheese, then the fried egg.
- Squeeze some nacho cheese sauce over the fried egg. Top with the other eggo and repeat for the rest until you've assembled all of them. Serve warm.
