Cornflour | 1 1⁄2 tbsp |
Edible Yellow Food Colouring | 1 drop |
Vanilla Essence | 1⁄2 tsp |
Mini Tartlet Cases | 15 |
Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Water | 240 ml |
How to cook
Start cooking
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix together Isomil, water, cornflour, sugar, food colouring and vanilla essence.
- Gently warm the mixture, stirring all the time over low heat, until the custard thickens.
- Spoon the custard into the mini tartlets.
- Serve topped with slices of fresh fruit.
