Pink oyster mushrooms
(chopped, separate the stem and “petals”)
340 g
Garlic
(chopped)
8 cloves
Butter
(unsalted)
38 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
14 tsp

How to cook

Step 1

  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat

Step 2

  • Add in 4 tsp of butter, turn down the heat to low when it is half melted

Step 3

  • Add in chopped garlic and stir well

Step 4

  • Add in chopped mushrooms, ensure that it is coated with the garlic butter

Step 5

  • Turn the heat down when the mushrooms turn gold and the garlic turns brown

Step 6

  • Add in salt and pepper and stir well

Step 7

  • Plate it and you are ready to serve!
