Pink oyster mushrooms (chopped, separate the stem and “petals”) | 340 g |
Garlic (chopped) | 8 cloves |
Butter (unsalted) | 3⁄8 cup |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Pepper | 1⁄4 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat
Step 2
- Add in 4 tsp of butter, turn down the heat to low when it is half melted
Step 3
- Add in chopped garlic and stir well
Step 4
- Add in chopped mushrooms, ensure that it is coated with the garlic butter
Step 5
- Turn the heat down when the mushrooms turn gold and the garlic turns brown
Step 6
- Add in salt and pepper and stir well
Step 7
- Plate it and you are ready to serve!
