Hard Boiled Egg, sliced | 1 |
Cauliflower Florets, lightly boiled | 1 cup |
Carrot, grated | 1 |
Sundried Tomato | 1 tbsp |
Small Bunch Parsley, chopped | 1 |
Toasted Almonds | 2 tbsp |
Sunflower Seeds | 1 tbsp |
Large Avocado, peeled & pitted | 1 |
Miso Paste | 1 tsp |
Tahini | 2 tbsp |
Cashew Butter | 1 tbsp |
Garlic Powder | 1⁄2 tsp |
Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
Orange Juice | 2 tbsp |
How to cook
Make the salad dressing
- Blend miso, tahini, cashew butter, garlic powder, lemon juice & orange juice together.
Add the remaining ingredients
- Toss the vegetables, pasta, nuts & seeds in the dressing.
Serve it up!
- Add salt & pepper, to taste.
- Top with sliced eggs. Serve.
