Hard Boiled Egg, sliced

Cauliflower Florets, lightly boiled

Carrot, grated

Sundried Tomato
1 tbsp
Small Bunch Parsley, chopped

Toasted Almonds
2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp
Large Avocado, peeled & pitted

Miso Paste
1 tsp
Tahini
2 tbsp
Cashew Butter
1 tbsp
Garlic Powder
12 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Orange Juice
2 tbsp

How to cook

Make the salad dressing

  • Blend miso, tahini, cashew butter, garlic powder, lemon juice & orange juice together.

Add the remaining ingredients

  • Toss the vegetables, pasta, nuts & seeds in the dressing.

Serve it up!

  • Add salt & pepper, to taste.
  • Top with sliced eggs. Serve.
