(roughly chopped - toasted or glazed, if desired)

Soft goat cheese

How to cook

Step 1

  • Pour desired dressing into a medium bowl

Step 2

  • Slice the pear thinly

Step 3

  • Place the arugula into the bowl and top it with the sliced pears, walnuts, and crumbles of the soft goat cheese

Step 4

  • Drizzle the dressing on top, sprinkle the sea salt and serve
