Shallots

Garlic
9 cloves
Lemon
(cut into 4 wedges)

(or Dry Vermouth)

How to cook

Gather all ingredients into baking dish

  • Lay out shallots, whole garlic cloves, lemon wedges, thyme, and either white wine or dry vermouth into baking dish
  • Set a cooling rack on top of the baking dish and put the KS Provencal Herb Boneless Leg on top of it to ensure the chicken skin is crispy
  • Bake in the oven for 35 – 40 mins at 200 degrees celcius
  • Remove the thyme and lemon wedges. Squeeze the juice from the lemon on the chicken thigh and serve
