Kee Song Cajun Boneless Chicken Leg
500 g
Butter
2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp
Garlic
1 tsp
Chicken Broth
1 cup
Fresh Parsley

How to cook

Cooking the chicken

  • Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat
  • Place the KS Cajun Boneless Leg to the hot oil with smooth side down and cook for 6 minutes
  • Flip the chicken and continue to cook for another 6-7 mins or until thoroughly cooked (no longer pink)
  • Remove cooked chicken from pan and set aside

Preparing the sauce

  • Melt the remaining butter over medium heat
  • Stir in the garlic and cook it for 30 seconds
  • Whisk in the chicken broth and let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently

To serve

  • Drizzle the sauce over the chicken thighs
  • Garnish the chicken with parsley and serve
