Kee Song Cajun Boneless Chicken Leg | 500 g |
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Vegetable Oil | 1 tbsp |
Garlic | 1 tsp |
Chicken Broth | 1 cup |
Fresh Parsley |
How to cook
Cooking the chicken
- Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat
- Place the KS Cajun Boneless Leg to the hot oil with smooth side down and cook for 6 minutes
- Flip the chicken and continue to cook for another 6-7 mins or until thoroughly cooked (no longer pink)
- Remove cooked chicken from pan and set aside
Preparing the sauce
- Melt the remaining butter over medium heat
- Stir in the garlic and cook it for 30 seconds
- Whisk in the chicken broth and let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently
To serve
- Drizzle the sauce over the chicken thighs
- Garnish the chicken with parsley and serve
