Boneless Chicken Leg | 2 |
Carrots cut into thick strips | 50 g |
Black Fungus pre-soaked & halved | 10 |
Spring Onions chopped (for garnish) | 2 |
Abalone Sauce | 2 tbsp |
Chicken Powder | 1⁄2 tsp |
Ginger grated, extract juice | 2 tsp |
Sesame Oil | 2 tsp |
Potato Flour | 1 tbsp |
Hua Tiao Chiew | 2 tsp |
How to cook
Marinate chicken
- Rinse and clean boneless chicken leg. Pat dry and cut into cubes, set aside.
- Mix the ingredients for seasoning sauce in a bowl.
- Add in the chicken leg cubes, black fungus and carrots. Mix evenly.
Start steaming
- Transfer the mixture into a dim sum basket. Steam for about 8-10 minutes or until it’s fully cooked.
- Garnish with spring onions. Ready to serve.
