Meatball | 4 pieces |
Shitake Mushrooms | 3 pieces |
Garlic Cloves | 1 clove |
Tomato Pasta Sauce | 3 tbsp |
Thickened Cream | 100 ml |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Cook pasta in separate pot; air fry meatballs separately.
- Add olive oil to frying pan.
- Add minced garlic to fry.
- Add in sliced shitake mushrooms to fry.
- Add in tomato pasta sauce, a bit of salted pasta water, cream. Keep stirring it till it boils.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add in meatballs and penne pasta.
- Serve immediately.
