Cornstarch | 1⁄4 cup |
Concentrated Seasoning | 1 1⁄2 tbsp |
Rice | |
Whole Grain Rice rinsed | 3 cups |
Coconut Milk | 200 ml |
Pandan Leaves knotted | 2 |
All-In-One Seasoning | 1 tbsp |
Water | 800 ml |
Garnish | |
Cucumber | 10 slices |
Fried Ikan Bilis | 1⁄4 cup |
fried puff peanut | 3⁄8 cup |
Eggs boiled | 4 |
Sambal Chilli | 1⁄4 cup |
Cooking Oil | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Cook rice
- Cook the rice by mixing all the rice ingredients and allow to cook until ready or for about 30 minutes.
Prepare chicken
- In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken wings evenly. Set aside for 10 mins.
- Deep fry the chicken wings to golden brown, drain dry.
Plate & serve
- Assemble the cooked rice with chicken wings and garnish with boiled egg, cucumber, ikan bilis, fried peanuts and sambal chilli. Enjoy!
