How to cook

Cook rice

  • Cook the rice by mixing all the rice ingredients and allow to cook until ready or for about 30 minutes.

Prepare chicken

  • In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken wings evenly. Set aside for 10 mins.
  • Deep fry the chicken wings to golden brown, drain dry.

Plate & serve

  • Assemble the cooked rice with chicken wings and garnish with boiled egg, cucumber, ikan bilis, fried peanuts and sambal chilli. Enjoy!
