Green Curry Paste | 1 box |
Red Onion | 1 |
Coconut Milk | 1 box |
Curry Leaves | 1 stalk |
Carrots | 1 stalk |
Potatoes | 1 |
Lemon Grass | 1 stalk |
Tomatoes | 1 |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Boil all the vegetables till cooked.
- Heat up wok, add in Del Monte sardines chili oil and fry big red onion, lemon grass & curry leaves.
- Add in sardines & do a quick fry. Remove from wok.
- Add green curry paste in wok and stir in coconut milk.
- Stir in all vegetables & cook them in low heat till they are all 'soaked' in curry gravy.
- Scoop green curry vegetables in bowl and add in Del Monte Sardines. Decorate with remaining curry leaves.
Assemble and serve
- Enjoy this bowl of nutritional and flavourful sardines in green curry with plain rice is simply heavenly.
