How to cook

Start cooking

  • Boil all the vegetables till cooked.
  • Heat up wok, add in Del Monte sardines chili oil and fry big red onion, lemon grass & curry leaves.
  • Add in sardines & do a quick fry. Remove from wok.
  • Add green curry paste in wok and stir in coconut milk.
  • Stir in all vegetables & cook them in low heat till they are all 'soaked' in curry gravy.
  • Scoop green curry vegetables in bowl and add in Del Monte Sardines. Decorate with remaining curry leaves.

Assemble and serve

  • Enjoy this bowl of nutritional and flavourful sardines in green curry with plain rice is simply heavenly.
