Light Soy Sauce

MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
12 tsp
Cooking Oil
2 tbsp
Sugar
2 tsp
Pepper
to taste

How to cook

Cook the cutlet

  • Pan fry Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel for 6-8 min / Bake using air fryer at 180 °C 11-12 min.

Prepare the stock mixture

  • Add the MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock, sugar, and light soy sauce to a small bowl.

Prepare the eggs

  • In another bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs.

Start cooking

  • Add a tablespoon of oil to a pan over medium heat, and sauté the vegetables.
  • Pour the stock mixture over the vegetables.
  • Slice the Harvest Gourmet Schnitzel into pieces and place on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle the egg over everything and add pepper to taste.
  • Simmer on medium low heat until the egg is just set.
  • Serve over steamed rice.
